The data controller is Paris-Toujours, a SARL with capital of 20,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 135 avenue de Versailles, 75016 Paris.

1.2 Purposes of Processing

Paris-Toujours processes your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • providing the information or services you request, including custom trip and experience planning, quotes, bookings, newsletter delivery, and promotional offers;
  • gathering information that helps us improve our Site, offerings, and services, including through the use of cookies;
  • contacting you about events related to Paris-Toujours, including updates to our offerings and client support before, during, and after your trip.

1.3 Recipients

Paris-Toujours receives your Personal Information. This data, whether individual or aggregated, stays limited to Paris-Toujours and its authorized service providers, listed in section 1.7 below (booking partners, hosting provider, and customer relationship management tools). Paris-Toujours ensures that none of its service providers sell the personal data of Site visitors and users.

1.4 Retention Period

Paris-Toujours retains your Personal Information for up to three years from your last contact with us or the end of your most recent trip organized through our services. Data related to a confirmed booking file may be kept longer where legal, accounting, or contractual requirements apply (such as guarantees, travel insurance, and ATOUT France obligations).

Right of access

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you. Given the security and confidentiality obligations that apply to Paris-Toujours when processing personal data, your request will be handled once you provide proof of identity, for example a scan of a valid ID (for requests made through our online form) or a signed photocopy of a valid ID (for written requests). 1.6 Response Time

Paris-Toujours commits to responding to your request for access, rectification, objection, or any other related request within a reasonable timeframe, and in any case within 1 month of receiving your request.

1.7 Authorized Service Providers and Transfers Outside the European Union

Paris-Toujours works with authorized service providers to help collect and process the data you share with us, including booking partners, customer relationship management tools, and our hosting provider. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union and receive the data collected through the Site’s forms, with the exception of the form dedicated to exercising your data protection rights, which is managed directly by Paris-Toujours.
